We had a decent time here. The place is pretty clean and close to the airport, which is super convenient. The gym’s nice for a quick workout. Just a heads up, the staff is kinda rushed, and we had to wait a bit to get help with our room keys. The bar area was chill too!

Our family had a lovely one-night stay. The highlight was the attentive service from Javier and Anna at the dining area. They made our dining experience enjoyable with their kindness.

During a recent stay, the clean guest room facilitated a comfortable retreat, complemented by the pleasant front desk staff. Dining by the pool was a highlight, especially enjoying the homemade pastry and a delicious chicken Caesar salad. However, some minor noise from nearby eateries disturbed the tranquility, and the lack of amenities could be improved. Despite these issues, the positive staff interactions made the experience worthwhile.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the spacious and clean accommodations, especially the comfortable bed. The shuttle service to the airport was a lifesaver since I was just in town for a quick transit stay. However, I found the food options at the hotel lacking. it felt more like a fast food joint with not-so-great service. Overall, I had a good experience, but food service could definitely improve.

Sipping on some afternoon tea at the hotel restaurant was a delight, and the nearby eats including El Rinconcito Latino had some seriously tasty bites! Plus, the spacious rooms were a breath of fresh air.

The shower pressure was weak, barely more than a trickle, and it was always hot—guess it's a spa experience? Breakfast was a letdown too—if limited options are your jam, you might be okay, but I expected better!

Family with children should consider this place

The pool area was very nice and well cleaned while I was there. I enjoyed the Happy Hour as I'm from NC where they don't allow it.

It wasn’t very affordable but still acceptable.
